On September 30th, 2022, the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources by the Office of Marine and Coastal Resources No.8 (Samut Sakhon) led Marine and Coastal Resources boats No.110 and 207 to carry out preventive and suppressive operations in support of the Illegal Unreported and Unregulated Fishing (IUU) Action Plan the area of the inner Gulf of Thailand Bangkok, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram by inspecting a total of 5 fishing vessels, which are beam trawls and dredges vessels. The results showed that all ships had all the ship's license documents and seafarers complete, and no offenses were found in the area of legal fishing Waste sorting on fishing vessels and bringing the rubbish back to the shore.
