10th January , 2022 Department of Marine and Coastal Resources by Marine and Coastal Resources Office 1 (Rayong) together with the village headman, Village No. 5, Laem Klat Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trat Province, chairman of the Marine and Coastal Resources Conservation Group, Saphan Hin Village. together with 28 members by arranging 30 buoys along the boundary line with a distance of approximately 5 km. to serve as a conservation area for aquatic life of the Ban Saphan Hin community.
