On Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, at the Department of Fisheries, the Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, Chaired the meeting of the Task Force on Law Control and Enforcement under Article 64 and Article 65 of the Royal Ordinance on Fisheries B.E. 2558 and its amendment No.1/2022. by considering the action plan of the ad hoc set of operations to formulate guidelines and control law enforcement to be effective including assigning an operator to control and enforce the law in the area.
This is for the benefit of preventing harm to the human body or other aquatic animals, aquatic environment property of a person, or public domain protection of rare aquatic animals or prevent harm to aquatic animals and ecosystems.
