On Wednesday, February 1st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Department of Fisheries, the Deputy Director General of the Department of Fisheries presided over the meeting prepared to discuss Thailand's stance in seeking support from E-READi in developing a Three-year Plan Of Action to consider Thailand's Stance on Reasons and necessity for the implementation of each sub-activity of the zero drafts 3-year action plan are as follows:
▶️ Development Plan to improve the function of the AN-IUU interactive platform to be more efficient.
▶️ Action plan to increase the capacity of key coordinators (AN-IUU focal points).
▶️ Plan to strengthen MCS operations for member countries.
▶️ Strengthening the actions, sharing, access, and use of IUU fishing-related information.
▶️Improving the participation of Member States to regional and international organizations involved in the fight against illegal fishing.
